Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern any purchase of Pepper & Moss gift products through this checkout. These orders are sold and fulfilled by BroLink Network LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the company you are contracting with when you place an order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products and pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable sales tax.
  • We may change prices at any time without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Product descriptions, colors and images are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur between screens and the item you receive.
  • Novelty and gag gifts are for amusement; pet costumes and accessories should be used under supervision and removed if your pet shows discomfort.
  • We may limit order quantities and cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.
  • Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete. Payments are processed securely by Shopify at checkout; we never see or store your full card number. An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund in that case.

4. Shipping and delivery

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

6. Intellectual property

Content we publish, including text, graphics and photographs, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works without our written consent.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use our checkout or services to violate any applicable law, infringe the intellectual property of others, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, submit false information, or interfere with their proper functioning.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BroLink Network LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies.
